Summary

The DeLong, Sampson, Martin/Hopkins, and Friedewald formulas accurately estimate low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) compared to direct measurement. Anandaraja and Cordova formulas are not recommended for LDL-C estimation in Colombia.
