  • A randomized, single-blind, parallel-group trial was conducted.
  • A simulation-powered web-based training was developed.
  • Implementation capacity was assessed using the Implementation Degree Assessment Sheet.

  • The difference between endpoint and baseline scores was significantly greater in the intervention group.
