Sacituzumab govitecan (SG) shows real-world effectiveness in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC). Sequential antibody-drug conjugates, like trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd), are promising for HER2-low mTNBC after SG treatment.
