Premature ventricular contraction patterns associated with nonsustained ventricular tachycardia.

Nonsustained ventricular tachycardia (NSVT) is linked to poor outcomes. A high premature ventricular contraction (PVC) burden, triplets, and a premature beat ratio >0.5 predict NSVT occurrence in patients with frequent PVCs.
