Biological Findings and Clinical Outcomes in Patients Treated With R-CHOP Plus High-Dose Methotrexate as First-Line

Primary testicular lymphoma (PTL) shows excellent response to high-dose methotrexate plus R-CHOP, with no relapses observed. However, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with testis involvement (DLBCL-T) has a less favorable prognosis despite similar treatment.
