[Brucella canis infection in man].

    Summary

    A Brucella canis infection in a woman, originating from an infected dog, caused recurrent fevers and organ inflammation. Long-term cotrimoxazole treatment successfully eradicated the zoonotic bacteria, leading to a full recovery.
