Summary

The VENICE study found that STREAMLINE canaloplasty and iStent W implantation offer comparable intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction and medication decrease in primary open-angle glaucoma patients. Both procedures, combined with phacoemulsification, showed similar safety and efficacy in interim results.
