Task-autonomous robot-assisted implant surgery (RAIS) demonstrated superior accuracy in zygomatic implant placement compared to dynamic computer-assisted implant surgery (dCAIS). RAIS significantly reduced angular and deviation errors, enhancing surgical precision.
