A pilot study found that the adapted online mindfulness program, Learning to Breathe-Queer (L2B-Q), was acceptable and feasible for LGBTQ+ adolescents. The intervention showed promising results in reducing depression and anxiety while improving health behaviors and LGBTQ+ identity self-awareness.
