Eugenol-based thiazoles show potential as efflux pump inhibitors, enhancing antibiotic effectiveness against multidrug-resistant bacteria like Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus. Compound LF 26 demonstrated significant efflux inhibition, particularly against strains with NorA and MepA proteins.
