Lumbosacral rotation flap: a simple method for covering sacral pressure injuries

The lumbosacral rotation flap (LSRF) effectively treats sacral pressure injuries (PIs), even large ones. This surgical technique shows promise for managing PI recurrence, offering a reliable reconstructive option.
