[Anti-anginal action of antihypoxants]
Abstract:
It was shown in experiments on anesthetized cats with modelled acute coronary insufficiency that sodium hydroxybutyrate (200 mg/kg) and in a lesser degree piracetam (400 mg/kg) improve the functional state of the acute myocardial ischemic focus, reduce the rate of growth of creatinephosphokinase activity in coronary sinus blood, increase the retrograde bloodflow to the ischemized zone. Glyo-6 (100 mg/kg) has practically no effect on the investigated indicators.
