Insufficient sleep refers to not getting the recommended amount of sleep for optimal functioning, even if it's just slightly less than needed. Background:

  • To evaluate the effectiveness of a lifestyle intervention incorporating a smartphone application (app) for managing obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in overweight and obese high-tech employees.
