Cap-assisted colonoscopy (CAC) offers faster cecal intubation and better ileum intubation than conventional colonoscopy (CC). However, both methods showed similar adenoma detection rates in this study.

- Adenoma detection rates were comparable between CAC and conventional colonoscopy (CC).
- A non-significant trend for increased adenoma detection in the right colon was noted with CAC.
