Long-term Morbidity of Traumatic Brain Injury Following Facial Fracture

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) symptoms persist long-term in patients with craniofacial trauma. Operative intervention for facial fractures significantly predicts TBI, highlighting the need for surgical screening.
