Summary

This systematic review found that kidney function declines annually in healthy adults, with normal rates between -0.37 and -1.07 mL/min/1.73 m²/year for those without hypertension. These findings aid clinicians in predicting kidney function trajectories and identifying needs for chronic kidney disease care.
