Summary

This study shows that a staged treatment approach for Coats disease, combining laser ablation, intravitreal bevacizumab, and triamcinolone acetonide, improves globe retention and anatomic status. Outcomes demonstrate successful management of retinal detachment and visual acuity preservation.
