Advanced cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) like mycosis fungoides/Sézary syndrome (MF/SS) have new systemic therapies. Aggressive CTCLs, including PCAETCL and PCGDTCL, need further research for targeted, biomarker-driven treatments.
