Cerebral arterial dolichoectasia associated with moyamoya vessels

Abstract:
We report two cases of cerebral arterial dolichoectasia associated with stenosis of the middle cerebral artery and "moyamoya" vessels. Neuroradiologic findings of these cases are presented, and pathogenesis is discussed.
