Effect of pelvic arterial stenosis on erectile function: determining the severity threshold for erectile dysfunction

Pelvic arterial (PLA) stenosis severity correlates with erectile dysfunction (ED) risk. Mild mean PLA stenosis and moderate unilateral PLA stenosis increase ED risk, while mild unilateral stenosis does not impact erectile function.
