Decitabine-induced Sweet syndrome

A patient with acute myeloid leukemia developed Sweet syndrome, a painful skin condition, after starting decitabine chemotherapy. Treatment involved symptom management and drug withdrawal, leading to recovery but preventing further chemotherapy.
