Abstract:
Liquid-phase synthesis using water as a solvent with low environmental impact was demonstrated to synthesize sulfide electrolytes. Li10GeP2S12 was successfully synthesized and exhibited an ionic conductivity of 7.7 × 10-3 S cm-1 at 25 °C. An all-solid-state battery was fabricated using the prepared electrolyte and its reversible operation was demonstrated.
