Inflammatory factor Interleukin-6 and its correlation with rheumatoid arthritis: A meta-analysis

Interleukin-6 (IL-6) gene polymorphisms are linked to rheumatoid arthritis (RA) susceptibility, particularly the rs1800795 (G-174C) variant in Asian populations. Other IL-6 gene variations showed no significant correlation with RA risk.
