ZSH-2208: A novel retinoid with potent anti-tumour effects on ESCC stem cells via RARγ-TNFAIP3 axis

A novel retinoid, ZSH-2208, effectively targets oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) stem cells. This compound inhibits ESCC tumour-repopulating cells (TRCs) via the RARγ-TNFAIP3 pathway, offering a promising new therapeutic strategy.
