Conduction system pacing (CSP) shows a very low incidence of pacing-induced cardiomyopathy (PICM), preserving heart chamber function. Both His bundle pacing and left bundle branch area pacing offer similar protection against adverse cardiac remodeling.

- Both HBP and LBBAP demonstrate comparable protective effects against adverse cardiac remodeling in all heart chambers.
- CSP is associated with a very low prevalence of PICM, even in patients with baseline preserved to mid-range LVEF.
