A new online program, Preventing Postpartum Onset Distress (P-POD), shows promise for reducing anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) risk factors in pregnant individuals. This feasible and acceptable program offers skills-based modules for expectant mothers and their partners.
