This case report details the first mandibular hybrid odontogenic tumor (HOT) comprising ameloblastoma, calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor, and ameloblastic fibroma. Early diagnosis and comprehensive surgical management are crucial for favorable outcomes in these rare complex lesions.
