Purpose of the Study:

  • To introduce an IntelliCage-based interval bisection task for ecologically valid and efficient rodent studies.
  • To validate the protocol by confirming the acute effect of clomipramine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SRI), on interval timing.
