Summary

Fluorine-18 PSMA-1007 PET/MRI quantitative parameters, including apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and PSMA uptake values, show strong correlation with prostate cancer (PCa) metastasis. These parameters, particularly PSMA-TLU/ADC and PSMA-TV/ADC ratios, effectively predict the presence and extent of PCa metastases.
