Combined Endocannabinoid and Cyclooxygenase Inhibition Additively Attenuates Post-Surgical Pain

This study shows that inhibiting monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) provides pain relief after surgery, acting through CB2 receptors. Combining MAGL inhibitors with NSAIDs like diclofenac offers additive analgesic effects for post-surgical pain management.
