Pharmacological Treatment of Presbyopia Using Pilocarpine 1.25% Eye Drops

A new pilocarpine eye drop analogue (IR-Pilo) demonstrated comparable efficacy and safety to Vuity for improving near vision in presbyopia patients. Both treatments were effective and well-tolerated, with IR-Pilo showing a slight preference in near vision improvement.
