Abstract:
For this simulation experience, doctor of nursing practice students present their proposed quality improvement (QI) projects to an embedded participant. The project requires students to refine their skills in QI design, leadership, critical thinking, team building, and effective communication, crucial for navigating the complexities of modern health care settings. Positive feedback from 11 cohorts underscores the simulation's efficacy in enhancing preparedness, fostering teamwork, and enhancing communication.
