Abstract:

This review discusses the critical translational insights that bridge the gap between bench research and bedside applications, highlighting key discoveries in the mechanisms of aging, biomarkers, and therapeutic interventions. It underscores the importance of interdisciplinary approaches and collaboration among scientists, clinicians, and policymakers to address the complexities of aging and improve health span.
