Conclusions:
- AF, PR prolongation, QT prolongation, and Osborn waves were present even in mild hypothermia.
- The frequency of these ECG patterns correlated with increasing hypothermia severity.
- These findings highlight the cardiovascular impact of hypothermia on ECG.
