Pan scan for geriatric trauma patients: Overkill or necessary?

Physical exams are unreliable for detecting all injuries in geriatric trauma patients. Pan Scan (PS) CT imaging is crucial for comprehensive injury identification and finding incidental conditions in elderly individuals.
