Management Algorithm for Atypical Lipomatous Tumours: A Retrospective Case Series

Atypical lipomatous tumours (ALTs) are often misnamed, underestimating recurrence risk. This study proposes a management algorithm to differentiate ALTs from lipomas, aiding patient care and risk stratification.
