Conclusions:

  • One-third of surveyed exercise programs did not offer services to thoracic cancer patients.
  • Nearly two-thirds of services accepting referrals had no thoracic cancer patients attend.
  • There is a notable lack of standardization in outcome measures and exercise interventions for thoracic cancer patients.
