Abstract:
This case demonstrates the risk of tumour seeding after medical thoracoscopy for EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma. Clinicians should balance the diagnostic benefits against potential complications, closely monitor intervention sites, and consider early local control strategies such as radiation therapy to effectively manage procedure-related risks.
