  • Eosinophilic salpingitis can be a secondary inflammatory response to ruptured hemorrhagic corpus luteum cysts, beyond parasitic causes.
  • Histopathologic features may suggest this association.
  • This inflammation might contribute to postinflammatory adhesions and ectopic pregnancies, warranting further research.
