Large vessel vasculitis is a rarely reported finding in patients with sarcoidosis. 18 F-FDG PET/CT is an effective modality in detecting active sites of inflammation in sarcoidosis. We present a case of systemic sarcoidosis where 18 F-FDG PET/CT incidentally detected a rare finding of sarcoid-associated large vessel vasculitis along with cardiac and pulmonary sarcoidosis.
