Regional Odontodysplasia: A Case Report Crossing the Midline with Implantoprosthetic Rehabilitation

Regional odontodysplasia (RO) is a rare developmental anomaly marked by a decrease in the quantity and quality of enamel and dentin. This case report describes a 28-year-old female diagnosed with RO. The clinical and radiographic presentations in this case were atypical compared to common presentations of the condition. A conservative treatment approach was employed, which involved the extraction of unerupted teeth followed by prosthetic rehabilitation with implants. This strategy aimed to address both functional and aesthetic concerns associated with RO.
