[Adaptive and compensatory reactions in the liver]

Abstract:
The bioptic specimens of liver taken from 687 patients with various acute and chronic liver diseases were studied by means of the modern morphological methods. It was found, that structural changes, that reflect the adaptive-compensatory reactions are seen in hepatocytes, in epithelial cells of the interlobular bile ducts and in the connective tissue.
