ENDOSCOPIC TREATMENT OF INTRALUMINAL DUODENAL DIVERTICULUM: A CASE REPORT

• Successful endoscopic diverticulotomy was performed, addressing the intraluminal duodenal diverticulum.
• The procedure was complication-free, with immediate discharge.
• The patient remained asymptomatic with a 62-month follow-up.

Implications:

• Endoscopic diverticulotomy is a viable treatment for intraluminal duodenal diverticulum causing pancreatitis.
• This case highlights the importance of considering intraluminal duodenal diverticulum in idiopathic recurrent pancreatitis.
