M Aviram, A Carter, J G Brook

    Scandinavian Journal of Haematology

    Area of Science:

    • Biochemistry
    • Hematology
    • Metabolic Disorders

    Background:

    • Multiple myeloma can present with unusual lipid profiles.
    • Type V hyperlipoproteinemia is characterized by chylomicron and VLDL accumulation.
    • Rare lipid abnormalities require detailed characterization.
