Hepatic Stellate Cells Activated by Cancer Cell-derived AMIGO2-containing Small Extracellular Vesicles Promote Cancer

Gastric cancer cells release vesicles containing AMIGO2, which activate liver cells to secrete IL-8. This promotes cancer cell migration into the liver, aiding metastasis.
