Transverse testicular ectopia with persistent müllerian duct syndrome: a case report

Transverse testicular ectopia (TTE), where both testes reside in one scrotum, can be linked to Persistent Müllerian duct syndrome (PMDS). This case highlights TTE occurring post-descent, associated with Müllerian remnants and a long gubernaculum.
