Poor Sleep Quality is Associated With Frailty Among Women With and Without HIV

Poor sleep quality significantly increases frailty risk in aging women, including those with HIV. Daytime dysfunction and poor sleep efficiency are linked to frailty, while poor self-rated sleep and medication use are linked to prefrailty.
