Mitochondrial and microtubule defects in Exfoliation Glaucoma

Mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress in Exfoliation Glaucoma (XFG) fibroblasts were reversed by mitophagy and mitochondrial biogenesis inducers. These findings suggest potential new therapies for XFG patients.
