Running Economy After a Low- and High-Intensity Training Session in Naturally Menstruating Endurance-Trained Female

Female athletes can maintain running economy during typical low-intensity training (LIT) and high-intensity training (HIT) sessions, regardless of menstrual cycle phase. Running economy, measured by energy and oxygen cost, remained stable after LIT and largely unaffected by HIT.
