Opportunities for Gender-Affirming Care Exposure Across Otolaryngology Programs

Most otolaryngology residents train at institutions with gender-affirming care (GAC) clinics. However, few residents have faculty performing gender-affirming surgery (GAS) or conducting GAC research, indicating a need for improved training opportunities.
